| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村是一项系统工程。要实现建设社会主义新农村的宏伟目标,必须要从农村的实际出发,坚持以人为本、统筹发展的方针,大力发展农村经济、积极推进基层民主政治、重视农村文化建设、创造良好的农村环境、不断提高农民生活质量,切实推进农村社会经济、政治、文化、社会四位一体的发展。
