| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会是一个复杂的系统工程,制度化政治参与在一定意义上是构建和谐社会、维护政治稳定的平衡点,并与构建社会主义和谐社会有着深刻的内在联系。在构建和谐社会进程中,正确解决政治参与主体和参与环境问题,不断推进制度化政治参与,有助于政治和谐,有利于建设政治文明,同时也为构建社会主义和谐社会打下坚实的政治基础。

| Abstract: | Constructing a harmonious socialist society is a complicated systematic work. In a way, institutionalized political participation is the balance of constructing harmonious socialist society and keeping political stability, and has the internal connection with constructing harmonious socialist society. In the process of constructing harmonious socialist society, it is beneficial for political harmony, the construction of political civilization, and can help lay stable foundation for constructing harmonious society to solve the problems of political participation and the participation environment, and advance the institutionalized political participation. |
