| 摘 要： | 科学的体系构造是一部科学的法律的重要保障。就我国物权法体系设计相关问题进行了研究,以适应市场经济发展和满足人民生活需要。建立一套完善的法律体制,对物权法所应包含的内容依我国的国情加以取舍,必须依靠法治而促进社会发展、使之成为一部具有科学体系的法律,共同推动文明进步。

| Abstract: | Scientific system construction is an important guarantee of a scientific law.The paper is a research report of the design of real right law system in our country which is adapted to the development of market economy and meet the needs of people’s lives.establishing a perfect legal system to choose the content in accordance with the situation of our country of the property law.We must promote the social development relying on the rule of law which has a scientific system and will promote the progress of civilization. |
