基层检察院检委会存在的问题与对策研究

检察委员会制度是具有我国特色的社会主义司法制度之一。它在发挥集体智慧、保证重大业务决策的质量、规范检察工作、促进检察事业不断进取方面，发挥了重要作用。但其工作机制在实践中也出现了一些矛盾和缺陷，特别是在基层检委会的工作中更为明显。因此，尽快采取措施，完善相关机制，改革基层检委会的现状，已成为目前司法体制改革中面临和亟待解决的重大课题。

It plays an important role in bringing into play the collective wisdom, ensuring the quality that significant business makes policy, specificating the procuratorial work and promoting the continuous progress eet. But, there appears a little contradiction and defect in the practice of its working mechanism, in particulary, in the works of the procuratorial work. So,it becomes the great issue to face and resolve in the current reform of the judicial system middle frontage that we must adopt measure, perfect the relevance mechanism, reform the current situation of the procuratorial work committee.
