| 摘 要： | 地震灾害对人类的生存条件造成巨大破坏,其后果增加了产生越轨行为的可能性。受灾时特殊社会环境的影响,地震灾害中的越轨行为在时间、空间分布上,越轨行为的类型和方式等方面都有其自身特点。地震灾害中的社会控制主要分为内在控制和外在控制,积极采取这两方面的控制对策有助于减少地震灾害中越轨行为的发生。

| Abstract: | Earthquake disaster causes tremendous damage on human living conditions and its consequences have increased the possibility of transgression.Affected by the social environment at the special time,the transgression in earthquake disaster takes on different characteristics such as the distribution of space and time and the types of the crime.The social control in earthquake disaster can be divided into inner adjustment and outer control,which is of vital practical significance to the decrease of transgression in the disaster. |
