| Abstract: | The legal issue of mandatory wreck removal is one of controversial question in maritime law until now and reflects the theory of administrative enforce in administrative law. According to the relative rules of international conventions and domestic laws, the paper discusses the issue from the contents, conditions, implements and expenses of the mandatory removing wreck. |
