工会参与社会管理创新漫说

工会参与社会管理创新，是工会自觉接受中国共产党领导、坚定不移走中国特色社会主义工会发展道路的必然要求；是法律赋予的权利与义务；是工会适应经济社会转型、服务党和国家工作大局、服务职工群众必然之需。因此，工会需要从以下几个方面做出努力：一是必须用马克思主义中国化最新成果做自己的指导思想；二是必须着力发展和谐的劳动关系；三是必须协助党委政府改善民生；四是必须充分发挥工会“大学校”作用；五是必须引领广大职工在经济建设和社会发展中发挥主力军作用。

Discussion about Social Administrative Innovation that Trade Union Participates

The social administrative innovation that trade union participates in is a necessary path for Chinese characteristic socialistic trade union that is volunteer to be led by CPC. It entitles the rights and responsibilities by law. It is the necessary path to trade union change, national general situation and serving the employees. Therefore, we should make effort in these following aspects. Firstly, we must insist the Chinese characteristic Marx＇s principles to do. Secondly, we must develop the harmonious working relationship. Thirdly, we must improve people＇s livelihood assisting the government. Fourthly, we must magnify the school function of trade union. Fifthly, we must lead the staff to play the main role in the process of constructing and developing society.
