| Abstract: | The trade union of Baoshui district of Tianjin port will take some new idea to participate in social administrative innovative work, such as, to construct a large social mediating pattern, to create a nice humanistic circumstance, to take some new actions in the process of constructing a harmonious area. It will enforce and stabilize the base by the constructional system of enforcing base. It will promote the working relationship to develop by creating a harmonious situation through humanistic care. |
