| Abstract: | Our nation makes use of foreign capital to invest to promote industrial updating and technological improvement since the reform and opening - up begin. However, there are some problems existing and some negative effect. We should force the direction of foreign capital reasonably and pay more attention to improve the investing circumstance, in the meanwhile, we should construct a a risk prevention mechanism. |
