| 摘 要： | 廉租住房是政府解决弱势群体住房问题的一项保障措施。廉租房目前存在的最大问题主要是缺乏建设资金，廉租房资产证券化作为一种新的融资方式，对解决廉租房建设资金不足具有重要的意义。本文主要对廉租住房资产证券化的法律关系进行分析。
