| Abstract: | Forbidding seizure of company's chance is an important theory in Law of Contract in America and Britain and is not introduced to our country now. If such a theory can be introduced to the Law of Contract in our country, a comparative study should be made about the concerned case law in America and Britain to absorb their mature rules involved. |
