With the construction of China-Asean Free Trade Zone and the recognition of ＂tonking Gulf＂, more super advantages and superexcellent opportunities, which Pan-Beibu Bay tourism cooperation is facing, make the tourism cooperation a glorious future, though a few of disadvantages. This subject proposes a tourist cooperative mechanism of tonking Gulf, which is ＂seizing one great opportunity, making full use of two platforms, and setting up three levels＂. According to the difficulty of implementing the tourist cooperative strategies, we will divide tonking Gulf tourist cooperation zone into three circles： Guangxi tonking Gulf tourism circle, Circlum-tonking Gulf tourism circle and tonking Gulf tourism circle. Besides, we also bring forward the main measures of putting forward the tonking Gulf tourist cooperation and the countermeasures for Guangxi during the tonking Gulf tourist cooperation.
