| 摘 要： | 科学发展观,作为党的十六大以来马克思主义中国化的最新理论成果,既是理论创新的产物,也是指导当前工作的重要方法,还是当代中国廉政文化的重要构成与核心部件。以科学发展观为指导,就是要"以人为本",科学剖析廉政文化建设的重点对象与特别群体的特征;统筹兼顾,协调发展廉政文化建设的各个方面;牢记宗旨,在廉政文化建设中树立正确的政绩观;精心谋划,科学设计好廉政建设的各项制度。
