| Abstract: | With the implementation of the grand strategy for the developlent of China's west and China's forthcoming access to WTO,both opportunities and challenges are presented in speeding up Guizhou's opening up to the outside and utilizing foreign investment.Through survey and analysis,the author sums up the problems existed in Guizhou utilizing foreign investment and put forward solutions. |
