| 摘 要： | 执行力是管理能力、领导能力和权变能力的综合体现,管理控制系统有助于形成和提高组织的执行力,要提高企业的执行力,不仅要建立科学的管理控制系统,还需要合理完善的计划、高效的组织结构、有执行力的领导系统、科学的培训体系、可行的权变方案等。

| Abstract: | The power of implementation reflects the capability of administration,leadership,and contingency.The administrative and controlling system will promote the power of regime of the organizations.To increase the power of implementation,it is necessary to construct not only the scientific administrative and controlling system,but the efficient plan,appropriate organization structure,leading system with power of implementation,scientific training system,and feasible contingency approaches,etc. |
