论假币犯罪案件的特点及其侦查方法

假币犯罪作为金融犯罪中的一种重要类型,一直是各国政府、警方打击和防范的重要对象。当前我国假币犯罪案件具有发案数量多、涉案金额高、犯罪地域广、跨境犯罪多、制假技术智能化程度高、团伙犯罪多、职业化犯罪明显等特征。对此在侦查中应从调查分析假币的来源及制作特征入手,通过加强侦查基础业务工作、加强侦查区域协作、并案侦查等策略方法实施侦查,突破这类案件。

On the Characteristics of Counterfeit Currency Crimes and the Concerned Investigating Methods

As one type of the important financial crimes, counterfeit currency crimes are always the main targets of crackdown and prevention in every country around the world. The counterfeit currency crimes in China currently bear the following characteristics: both the number of exposed cases and the amount of money involved are huge; cases occurred in many places and many of them involved international criminals; counterfeit currency technique was highly intellectualized; evidences of group cases and professional cases can be easily found. In order to crack these kinds of criminal cases, investigation of the origin and the producing characteristics of counterfeit currency should be applied. In the meanwhile, basic investigations should be further emphasized, inter-district investigation cooperation should be enhanced, and combined case investigation should also be used.
