On Standardization of Restraining Inquisition by Torture in Criminal Investigation——From the View of Human-right Protection

The special status of the suspects in the procedure of criminal investigation makes their entitled rights vulnerable.For protecting the suspects' legal rights,as well as improving the level of human-right protection in China,it's important to study their basic rights,set up the Right-to-silence system with reference to advanced experience in other countries,so as the Illegal-evidence-excluding rule.Thus,the principle of ruling country by law could be realized.
