| 摘 要： | 职业辅导员是一支素质过硬、结构合理且相对稳定的专门从事辅导员工作的队伍,亦是一批从事学生思想政治教育、管理和服务的专业化程度较高的专家。作为职业化的辅导员需要辅导员对自身职业有自觉理性的认知,以其进一步提升工作的有效性和实效性。辅导员职业意识有其丰富的含义、功能和内容。

| Abstract: | Professional counselors belong to a stable group of political instructors which has higher quality and reasonable structure,and the instructors are all experts on students' thought political education,management and service.As professional counselors,they must have clear and sensible cognition to their work,and further improve their work efficiency and effectiveness.Furthermore,the instructors' professional consciousness has its rich meaning,function and content. |
