| 摘 要： | 广西壮族自治区金秀瑶族自治县六巷乡瑶族的村规民约受到瑶族固有习惯法的深刻影响,在保障实施、处罚方式等方面明显体现瑶族固有习惯法的痕迹,瑶族村规民约实施的观念、机制与固有习惯法一脉相承,瑶族固有习惯法通过村规民约形式在当代瑶族地区发挥作用。
