| 摘 要： | 社会主义和谐社会这一社会形态,落实在国家宪法层面上就是人民共和。人民共和是和谐社会的国家制度基础,和谐社会是人民共和的社会形态。和谐社会的实现,其前提或基础就是人民主权的实现。社会主义法治是实现人民主权的正确途径,其中法制建设十分重要,我们必须建设和谐法制。和谐法制的标志是:法所调整的社会关系充分体现人民主权的实现,在此基础上强调全体人民各尽所能,各得其所而又和谐相处;并注重和促进各民族之间、各区域之间、全体人民之间的和谐发展和进步,最终达到人与人、人与自然和谐相处的目标。

| Abstract: | Harmonious society is also the people's republic from the lay of national constitution.The people's republic is national system base of harmonious society,and harmonious society is social form of the people's republic.The precondition of the realization of harmonious society is the realization of the people's sovereignty.Socialism nomocracy is the true way of realizing people's sovereignty.The symbol of harmonious system is that social relations that are regulated embody the realization of people's sovereignty,and emphasize that whole people must try their best to harmonious live. |
