论我国上市公司IPO发行定价的市场化

摘    要:IPO(Initial Public Offerings)即新股首次公开发行,通常指股份公司股票由私人持有(Privately-held)转向公众持有(Public-held),以产生股票的流动市场。本文结合我国股票市场的特殊状况,分阶段分析论述我国IPO发行定价的市场化过程,并提出了有限度地使用网上累计投标发行定价方式、推行上网竞价发行定价方式等建设性的建议。

Abstract:IPO (Initial Public Offerings) just express the new stocks issue in the first time, and commonly express the privately-held stocks of stock corporation transformed to public-held. So it could produce the flowing market of stocks. This paper has combined the special situation of the stocks.market in our county, gradually analysis and expound the marketability process of our country's IPO issued bid, and point out the suggests of fading out the issue method of facing network step by step, limited to take advantage of the issue bid method of cumulative bid in the internet, carry out the competitive bidding method, properly consider to use the mixed way of raising capital by floating shares of Hong Kong market.
