| Abstract: | The Fifteenth National Congress of the communist Party of China proposes fundamental strategy to govern a nation by law,which is theoretic achievement with exploration of ruling regularity and enhancement of ruling capability of cpc's three generations' leading nucleus.The theoretic contribution is characterized with Maozedong's initiative property,Dengxiaoping's foundational feature and Jiangzeming's further deepening and improvement respectively. |
