| 摘 要： | 绑架犯罪是一种多发性的危害严重的暴力性犯罪行为,对该种犯罪行为之发生原因、主要特征、危害性以及司法认定予以全面深入的认识和把握,并对于绑架犯罪采取最为有效的侦查防范对策,能够使刑法理论对绑架罪的研究更进一步,同时对完善相关刑事立法和司法实践有所裨益。
