| 摘 要： | 刑罚的及时性应是经济犯罪防治的重要制约因素。通过对经济犯罪的及时制裁,使犯罪人在犯罪后的较短时间内就受到处罚,消除其继续犯罪的可能性,被犯罪破坏的社会经济秩序就容易被恢复。实现刑罚及时性的主要路径有:缩短刑事诉讼周期;提升诉讼节奏;简化诉讼程序。
