摘    要:我国劳动关系三方协调机制已经建立,但运行并不平衡,特别是在民营经济劳资关系中还存在着在主体缺位与错位、职能缺失等问题。提升和改善我国劳动关系三方协调机制应该立足于政府由管理者向协调者的转变;雇主组织要实现立法决策过程中的对等参与;而工会则应着力克服“上强下弱”的弊病。

Abstract:Although China's establishments of the tripartite coordination mechanism, the operation of the imbalance, to play a different role, especially in dealing which there are still many problems. The existence of the with labor relations in the private economy in China tripartite coordination mechanism with the main position becomes vacant and the functions are missing. The improvement of our tripartite coordination mechanism should be based on the reduction of government interference and the transition from mangers to coordinators; employers" organizations need encourage and realize equal participation from both parties in regard to legislative decision-making process; trade unions should strive to overcome inequalities between strong employers and weak laborers.
