| Abstract: | With the development of knowledge economy and globalization, the environment which enterprises encounter is becoming more and more complex, and competition in various industries is also more ardent than before. Therefore, in order to survive and succeed in such environment, an enterprise should foster special knowledge asset to build up its own competitive advantage. Building communities of practice is the best way to foster knowledge asset inside the company. |
