| 摘 要： | 隐私权与知情权是一双对立的法学范畴,代表了不同方面的精神利益。作为现代社会中的两种权益,其冲突的发生已无法避免,而解决其冲突也已成为一个无法回避的问题。要把隐私权与知情权的冲突协调好,就要分清不同领域内的隐私权与知情权的冲突点,并根据社会政治及公共利益优先原则和权利协调原则解决冲突。
