To build a Harmonious World is China's vision for the international order in the 21st Century, and such a vision may help to attain a fair and just international order. At present the world energy security has many unharmonious factors; and the global energy regime is flawed with inequality, fragmentation, geopolitical maneuvering, which have affected world peace, stability and common prosperity. With the vision of building a Harmonious World, China is ready to work with the rest of the world to establish a harmonious global energy regime based on cooperation, institutionalization and sustainable development.
