| 摘 要： | 壮族传统习惯法作为一种强制性的行为规范 ,是壮族社会成员共同意志和利益的反映 ,是人们在长期的共同劳动和生活中逐渐形成的。壮族传统习惯法在维护民族利益 ,调整社会秩序 ,调整婚姻关系 ,保障民族繁衍 ,规范生产活动 ,保护生态环境 ,促进社会发展 ,传承民族文化 ,起着积极作用 ,具有不可忽视的社会功能

| Abstract: | As a kind of social conduct norm, the traditional common law of the Zhuang nationality, which is formed gradually from the common labor and life of the people, reflects the common will and interests of the social members of Zhuang nationality, and has many social functions which can not be neglected and it plays an active part in many aspects such as in safeguarding national interests and social order, in adjusting marriage relations, in carrying on national culture, in keeping living production activities and in promoting social development. |
