| Abstract: | Undergraduate volunteer organizations continue to develop and grow and become an important force in the development of voluntary organizations.The paper starts from the mentality of undergraduates to study the construction of voluntary service system,explore the status of undergraduate volunteers' service and healthy development theoretically and practically,and provide help for management and development of undergraduate volunteers' service. |
