| Abstract: | The new generation of migrant workers has become the main part of migrant workers in China.Their labor quality is not only related to the employment opportunities and income level of themselves,but also related to the whole quality of Chinese labor and national competitiveness.Therefore,it is necessary to resolve the problem of how to improve the quality and ability of the new generation of migrant workers through education and training so as to let them integrating into urban areas. |
