| 摘 要： | 法律援助制度是一国司法制度的重要组成部分。我国法律援助制度建设虽然取得了很大成就,但与发达国家和地区相比,还存在着诸多差距和问题。完善我国法律援助制度,首先要建立符合我国国情,同时又充分考虑地区不同情况和差异的法律援助制度,并要完善立法,在《宪法》中明确规定公民的法律援助权利,制定专门的法律援助法,完善部门法中有关法律援助的内容和地方法规、政府规章。

| Abstract: | The legal aid system is an important part of a country's judicial system. Though our country has made great achievement in constructing legal aid system, but compare with the developed country and regions there are many disparity and questions. To perfect our country's legal aid system, firstly we should set up the legal aid system according to our country's situation, and fully considered difference among regions, then we should perfect the citizen's legal aid right, which clearly stipulate in the constitution. And draft the special legal aid law; perfect the content and local regulation, rule of the local government. |
