| 摘 要： | 文章通过以"谁是日本社会女性的人生赢家"为议题分析了现代日本社会对女性价值的评价标准。日本社会对成功女性的评价存在"家庭角色(妻子、母亲)+α"这样一个模式。文中对该模式的形成及其反映的女性性别问题进行了具体的阐释。日本社会对女性"赢家"的评价表明了家庭角色实现是女性成功的首要条件,其次才是女性社会性贡献及价值的内容。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the evaluation criterion of female value in Japan based of the issue of“who is the women achiever in Japanese Society”.Japanese Society has a model of“family role (wife,mother)+ a”to evaluate successful women.The paper explained the formation of the model and the gender issues in de-tail.The evaluation of Japanese Society for female achiever shows that the family role’s realization is the priority in female success,and the secondary element is the value and contribution of women to society. |
