| Abstract: | The Chinese President HU Jin-tao has put forward the idea of conducting the strategy of a stronger country with talent's help, which has three necessities. This thought has elucidated the factual necessity for enforcing the strategy of a stronger country with talent's help, and has much significance for the Chinese communist party to meet increasingly fierce competition in the world, to construct an overall relatively rich society, to strengthen the party's ruling power, and to solidify the ruling position for the Chinese communist party. |
