试论新时期监狱人民警察的素质及提高途径

监狱人民警察肩负着依法管理监狱、惩罚和改造罪犯、维护社会稳定的职责 ,是监狱事业发展的保证 ,没有一支高素质的干警队伍 ,监狱工作就无从谈起。加强监狱人民警察队伍的思想政治建设、组织制度建设和工作作风建设 ,提高监狱人民警察队伍的政治素质、业务素质、文化素质、身体素质和心理素质 ,提高监狱人民警察队伍的执法水平是目前监狱工作的关键任务。

Where there is no prison police, there is no prison work.
