我国青少年生涯辅导现状及问题分析

将生涯辅导贯穿于我国人才培养全过程是一个现实命题。从调查情况来看,我国内地基础教育阶段生涯辅导基本处于"缺席"状态;高等教育阶段生涯辅导还只是其初级阶段的"就业指导",这一现状亟待改变。否则,可能的负面影响主要有:阻碍青少年社会化人格的形成,引发教育不公平,导致盲目升学的问题普遍存在,加剧高校学生内心相对剥夺感,带来高校发展危机,从长远来看,还可能产生丧失国家核心竞争力严重后果。

The Status Quo of Young Career Counseling in Chinese Mainland and problem analysis

Now the career counseling in Chinese mainland is in absent state in the stage of basic education,and is reduced as ＂career guidance＂ in higher education,such situation must be changed.Otherwise,the possible negative effects are：obstructing of the formation of socialized personality of young people,leading the education unfair,causing the widespread of blind studies,exacerbating the sense of relative deprivation in college students,bringing the university＇s development crisis,and in the long run,which should make a serious consequence of the loss of core competitiveness.
