| Abstract: | In order to regulate the discretion of judge and to achieve fairness and justice, we need to implement the sentencing suggestion system. The core of the operation of sentencing suggestion system is establishment of the three aspects, which include the establishment of sentencing rules, the full expression in the verdict of the content of sentencing suggestion in detail and specifically, and the trial confrontation on sentencing suggestion. |
