| 摘 要： | 《左传》之礼和孔子之礼在精神上有相同之处也有明显差异。《左传》之札更多延续了周礼的精神，孔子之礼则在继承周礼思想的基础上有所创新。比较《左传》之札和孔子之札可明晰二者的差别，同时也有助于重新认识有关《左传》与孔子之间的有争议的问题。

| Abstract: | The Li expatiated by Confucius and ZUOzhuan are same in spirit at some points,but the difference is obvious too.Li in ZUOzhuan is primary the continuance of the spirit of Chou Dynasty Ceremony,and by Confucius innovated on the base of succession. |
