| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了经济全球化与法律全球化的相互关系 ,论述了法律全球化在刑事诉讼法制上的表现 ,分析了我国刑事诉讼法制与全球化趋势不相适宜的地方 ,认为我国的刑事诉讼法制应从观念和制度两个方面去适应、促进经济全球化的发展。

| Abstract: | In this article, the author discusses the interrelationship between economic globalization and legal globalization, expounds the concentrated manifestation of legal globalization in the legal system of criminal procedure , and analyzes the problems in this system incompatible with the globalization. The author argues that , in order to accommodate to and promote the development of the economic globalization, reforms in both ideas and criminal procedural system must be made. |
