| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the recognized merits,potential benefits,and the emerging momentum driving of China’s acceding to the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation(SAARC).The author argues that China needs to work out a proper timeframe to be a member and make preparedness to confront the attendant challenges in a constructive way. |
