| 摘 要： | 司法鉴定公正与正当原理问题,其实质是司法鉴定的实体正义与程序正当的统一问题。一个正确的鉴定结论,必须建立在法律基础、科学基础以及认识论基础之上,只有符合法定正当程序的科学认识,才能产生公正的鉴定结论。
