我国语境下政府雇员制的问题及对策

摘    要:通过对我国语境下政府雇员制内涵和基本特征的分析,揭示了在我国行政生态环境下政府雇员制面临着非规范性、角色冲突等现实问题,并在此基础上提出从政府雇员制的法律化、制度化和规范化建设、配套措施的改革等方面突破的对策。

Abstract:By way of the analyses on the contents of the governmental employee system and the basic features under the language condition in China, the text reveals the realistic difficult situation that the governmental employment system is confronted with non-regular and role confliction under the administrative biological environment, and furthermore, on this basis, the text puts forward it breaks through the above-mentioned difficult situation from the aspects from the law?system and normalized construction and complete auxiliary measures made by the governmental employment system.
