| Abstract: | Training young teachers is the most important elements in the development of teaching stuff. The sustainable development of college requires young teachers' special qualities. Aiming at the requirement to the qualities colleges may adopt suitable training tactics so as to help teaching stuff develop to a new stage and make colleges maintain sustainable development. |
