| 摘 要： | 宁夏经济体制改革大体经历了启动与目标探索、初步建立社会主义市场经济体制、完善社会主义市场经济体制三个历史阶段。当前，党中央国务院对促进宁夏经济社会发展提出了新的任务和要求。我们要以科学发展观为指导，通过不断深化改革，为实现宁夏跨越式发民的宏伟目标提供动力支持和制度保障。
