公安院校师资队伍建设刍议

改建后的公安院校,获得了良好的发展空间,同时也面临着现有师资不能适应高校要求、师资队伍建设存在着培养难、引进难、消化难的问题.因此,发挥政策导向作用,改革教师管理体制,加大引进人才力度,建立培训激励机制是必须采取的有效措施,对改建院校的生存和发展有重要意义.

On the Building of Teaching Staff in Public Security Colleges and Universities

In recent years, some police schools seize the opportunity to transform themselves into academies or vocational colleges through various ways. After the transformation, there is enough space of development for those schools. However, they are still faced with some common problems, among which the most striking and crucial one is that the present teaching staff can not satisfy the demands of the higher education. Meanwhile, there are three problems confronting them in enhancing the quality of the teaching staff, that is, the problems of training, introducing and attracting the talents. In order to solve those problems, they must continue to carry out all the policies and measures, advance the reform of teaching management system, expand the talents introduction and set up the training system for the talents.
