| 摘 要： | 当前,建设社会主义和谐社会已逐渐成为国人的共识。但是,对于什么是社会主义和谐社会,如何建设社会主义和谐社会,人们还存在不同的看法,其中不乏对社会主义和谐社会的误读。从宪政主义的基本理念来看,社会和谐观念包含了短期与长期相统一的持久和谐观念、对立与妥协相统一的对立和谐观念、稳定与发展相统一的动态和谐观念以及相对和谐与至上人权相统一的理性和谐观念。为了防止社会主义和谐社会成为一种“乌托邦”,我们应该以理性、审慎的态度对待社会主义和谐社会,放弃完美和谐的空想,树立宪政主义的社会和谐观念,将社会主义和谐社会由一种社会正义理念转化为现实而有效的制度安排,纳入到现代宪政与法治的构建之中。

| Abstract: | Currently,constructing socialist harmonious society has gradually been a consensus.But we have different opinions about what is a socialist harmonious society and how to develop it.Based on some one-sided understanding about the socialist harmonious society,this article discussed the connotation of harmonious society: lasting harmonious society,the opposite harmonious ideas,the dynamic harmonious ideas,the rational harmonious ideas from the viewpoint of constitutionalism. |
