| 摘 要： | 合同法中的情事变更原则在国外被普遍适用,但我国一些学者以稳定经济生活秩序等理由排斥情事变更原则在我国合同法中的适用。根据当前国内外形势的变化,我国将来的立法也应承认情事变更原则在合同法中的适用,但应防止该原则的滥用。

| Abstract: | The circumstances change principle in the contract law to be suitable generally in overseas,in our country some scholars repel the principle by reason of stable economy life order in our country.According to the current situation changes at home and abroad,the future legislation of our country should also acknowledge the circumstances change principle in contract,but should prevent the abusiveness at the same time. |
