论公司制与新农村建设的观念更新

我国的社会主义新农村建设实质上是农村的现代化建设,同时也是农村的社会主义市场经济建设。因此在新农村建设中应当更新与社会主义市场经济不相适应的落后观念,通过推行公司制度,改变农村资产运作的传统观念,增强农村公民的主体平等观念,强化农村公民的效益价值观念,增进农村公民的合作互利观念,促进农村的社会意识形态向更先进的层面发展,以利于新农村和谐社会的构建。
