黑社会性质组织犯罪的成因分析

黑社会性质组织犯罪在我国的出现和发展引起了整个社会的关注,成为重要的社会热点问题之一。究其原因,可从社会学和心理学两方面来分析。社会方面:一是社会转型与经济转轨为其产生提供了相应的社会基础;二是有组织犯罪亚文化为其提供了学习条件;三是腐败为其提供了土壤;四是社会控制力弱化为其提供了环境条件;五是境外黑社会势力渗透是其形成和发展的重要因素。心理方面:一是黑社会性质组织犯罪的个体心理特征偏激;二是黑社会性质组织犯罪的群体心理特征认同。
