投毒案件的特点、原因与对策

2001年新疆投毒案件增长势头迅猛,在农牧民群众中造成很大的心理恐慌,严重侵害了群众的生命和财产安全,已成为威胁我区社会治安稳定的一大隐患。特别是新疆“三股势力”活动猖獗,投毒已成为新疆“三股势力”进行暴力恐怖犯罪活动的主要暴力手段之一。对此,要提高警惕,认真研究分析这类案件的规律、特点,充分做好防范工作,促进社会治安的稳定,不给新疆“三股势力”和其他犯罪分子以可乘之机。

On Characteristic , Cause and Countermeasure of Poisonous Cases

Poisonous cases increase impetusly in Xinjiang in 2001 and create a very big frightful mentality among the farmers and herdsman , seriously offend the life and property safety of the masses , and has become the hidden trouble to threat the social order.Especially Xinjiang " three gangs " activity is so rampant , and poison-throwing becomes one of their major terrorism means.To this , we will raise the vigilance , analyze this kind of cases and do guard work well to promote the stability of public order.
